Where photographs or videos are taken for any purpose other than your assessment and treatment, e.g. for marketing an electronic consent form will be completed.

We retain your personal information and medical records for a minimum of 8 years and in the case of children for 8 years after their 18 birthday, for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
